Our editorial team is led by Rendy Saputra, a seasoned investigative journalist with over 15 years of experience in the field. Rendy has worked for some of the most respected news organizations in the world, including The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Guardian. He has covered a wide range of topics, from politics and business to crime and corruption, and has won numerous awards for his investigative reporting.

Rendy Saputra is the Editor-in-Chief of Occhy Media. He oversees all aspects of our editorial operations, from assigning stories to editing and publishing them. He is committed to upholding the highest standards of journalism and ensuring that our reporting is accurate, fair, and unbiased.

Rendy is a firm believer in the power of investigative journalism to hold the powerful accountable and to effect positive change in society. He is dedicated to training and mentoring the next generation of investigative journalists and is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the newsroom.

Rendy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Indonesia and a Master’s degree in Investigative Journalism from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a member of the Society of Professional Journalists and the Investigative Reporters and Editors organization.
